Yoni Dagan is the Managing Partner of D3 Real Estate Group, a boutique multifamily real estate investment firm based in Aventura, Florida. Mr. Dagan is primarily responsible for spearheading new asset acquisitions, including sourcing, underwriting, negotiation, and financing. In addition, Mr. Dagan oversees all functions of asset operations, including property and construction management. 

Prior to forming D3 Real Estate Group, Mr. Dagan co-founded KODA Capital, a real estate investment firm specializing in commercial, industrial, and multifamily acquisitions. During his tenure at KODA Capital, Mr. Dagan actively managed a $50+ million-dollar portfolio by overseeing all asset management, property management, and construction management functions.

In addition to real estate, Mr. Dagan enjoys traveling the world and can never say no to a new adventure. He has had the pleasure of visiting 30+ countries in his lifetime. His favorites include South Africa, the UK, Spain, Mexico, and French Polynesia. Mr. Dagan graduated from the University of Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in international business.

Yaniv Dagan is a founding partner of D3 Real Estate Group. With 10+ years’ experience in private real estate investments, Mr. Dagan serves in an advisory role to the executive team by identifying new asset opportunities, forming strategic plans, structuring third-party financing, and more.

Mr. Dagan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AbbaDox (formerly Integrated Document Solutions), a privately held technology firm focusing on forging new avenues for health information management. Prior to founding IDS in 2003, Mr. Dagan was a successful entrepreneur where he owned, acquired, merged, and sold various businesses in different industries.

Mr. Dagan is a native of Israel who spent his teens living in Mexico City. After emigrating to Mexico, Mr. Dagan served four years as an officer in the Israeli Defense Force. He is fluent in English, Hebrew, and Spanish. Mr. Dagan enjoys boating with his wife, children, and grandchildren on the weekends and resides in Golden Beach, Florida.

Adam Dagan

Adam Dagan is a partner at D3 Real Estate Group. Adam serves in an advisory role to the management team and assists with capital raising initiatives. Adam is also the VP of Sales at AbbaDox, a healthcare technology company specializing in cloud-native platform solutions that optimize radiology workflows.
 
Adam graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Adam is a South Florida native residing in Aventura, FL, where he enjoys playing sports with friends on the weekends and visiting the hottest Miami restaurants with his wife Talia.
